Terms of use
Untitled provides a calm place to publish and read serialized books. Membership money stays on Patreon in Phase 1. Untitled is not affiliated with Patreon, Inc.
The service
Untitled lets authors import and organize chapters, map Patreon tiers to reading windows, and offer readers a library and chapter reader. Patreon verifies who is a member; Untitled opens the chapters those members may read. Untitled does not process pledges and takes no cut of Patreon revenue in Phase 1.
Accounts
You may sign in with Patreon OAuth or, where enabled, email magic link / password. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share session credentials.
Your content
Authors retain ownership of manuscripts they upload. By publishing on Untitled you grant us a limited license to host, display, and transmit that content to entitled readers. You represent that you have the rights to publish what you upload. Readers retain ownership of notes they write; default note visibility is author-only.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service: no scraping at abusive rates, no attempts to bypass membership checks, no malware, and no content that is illegal to host. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Availability
Phase 1 is early software. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Export your manuscripts regularly.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. Untitled’s liability is limited to the greater of fees you paid us in the prior three months (currently none in Phase 1) or one hundred US dollars.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product grows (for example, if native memberships arrive in a later phase). Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of material changes where allowed by law.
